Service Agreement

By requesting a quote or submitting a shipment through Freight Wizards, you agree to these terms. Freight Wizards acts as a licensed freight broker (MC# and DOT# available upon request) and does not take physical possession of freight.

Quote Accuracy

Quotes are estimates based on information provided. Final rates may vary based on actual shipment weight, dimensions, accessorial charges, and market conditions. All quotes are valid for the timeframe specified.

Liability

Freight Wizards arranges transportation through vetted, licensed, and insured carriers. Cargo claims are handled in accordance with the Carmack Amendment and applicable transportation law. Contact [email protected] for claims assistance.
