CUSTOMS BROKERAGE

Licensed customs clearance and compliance

Licensed customs brokerage. ISF filing, entry processing, HTS classification, duty drawback, and FDA/USDA prior notice for every mode and port.

Talk to a Customs Broker

Freight Wizards files entries before the vessel arrives, validates HTS classifications against CBP binding rulings, and coordinates with FDA, USDA, EPA, and other participating government agencies when your commodity requires prior notice or admissibility clearance.

We begin the clearance process at booking rather than at arrival, reducing the risk of demurrage charges from documentation-related holds at the terminal.

Key Capabilities

Customs Brokerage Services

01

ISF filing

We file ISF (10+2) as soon as the booking is confirmed and the supplier provides the commercial invoice, typically 7-10 days before sailing. This ensures compliance with the CBP 72-hour filing requirement.

02

HTS classification and duty management

HTS classifications are reviewed against CBP rulings, verified by our licensed brokers, and audited annually. We identify duty savings through proper classification and recover overpayments through post-entry amendment or protest when applicable.

03

PGA coordination

Our entry team identifies participating government agency requirements at the SKU level during booking and files all required notifications — FDA, USDA, EPA, CPSC, and FCC — before the freight arrives in-country.

04

Transparent pricing

We provide flat-rate entry processing that includes ISF filing, entry processing, and standard documentation. Exam fees and PGA-related charges are itemized separately and disclosed upfront.
